Can multiple trades be handled in one visit?
Yes. Because we cover nine trades under one crew, we can often combine jobs — an AC service, a plumbing fix and a few handyman tasks — into a single organised visit, saving you time and coordination.
Do you supply the materials and parts, or do I need to?
We can supply common materials and parts for most jobs, and we will discuss any specialised items with you beforehand. Everything is included in your approved quote, so you know the full cost up front.
Do you work on villas, apartments and buildings?
Yes. We handle residential villas, apartments and larger buildings, and our annual maintenance contracts can be tailored to a single unit, a whole villa or an entire building.

How much does a maintenance visit cost?

What is an annual maintenance contract (AMC), and do I need one?
An AMC is year-round cover for your villa, apartment or building. It bundles scheduled checks across AC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance with priority response and discounted repair rates. It suits owners, landlords and anyone who wants predictable costs and to catch small faults early — before they become expensive. See AMC plans.
How do I pay?
We will confirm the accepted payment methods when we quote your job. You always approve the price before any work starts, so billing is clear and straightforward.
Coverage and response times
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We cover Dubai end to end, including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Jumeirah Village Circle and Mirdif. If your home is in Dubai, we almost certainly cover it — send us your area to confirm.
Do you offer same-day and emergency call-outs?
Yes. For most requests made before midday across Dubai, we aim to get a technician to you the same day. Emergency AC, water-leak and electrical call-outs are prioritised — call 050 168 5444 and we will give you the earliest available slot.
What are your opening hours?
We operate Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 10:00pm, with emergency call-outs available outside regular hours for urgent AC, plumbing and electrical issues across Dubai.
